- Given the individualistic handmade nature of each garment, at this moment we are not able to provide returns, exchanges, or cancellations for our BIB Atelier products.
- We only accept returns for our ready to wear collection when there is an item that is broken or damaged. Please email us at bleeding.indigoclo@gmail.com and we will get it sorted out. Thank you for understanding.
- Bleeding Indigo will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Shipping
- Free world wide shipping on all orders above €300.
- We ship worldwide with UPS. Processing orders can take up from 1 to 2 business days.
For orders within Europe please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Outside of Europe please note that it can take up from 1 to 2 weeks. Please message us on instagram or email us bleeding.indiogclo@gmail.com for any questions and we are happy to help.

Prices
The prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Euros, excluding VAT and excluding delivery costs, if applicable. If delivery costs are applicable, they will be displayed during the checkout process. All prices exclude handling or taxes (total at the end) excl. shipping, if delivered to customers within Europe. For customers outside Europe, additional charges may apply.

Customs fee.
Please be aware that all orders outside of the Netherlands are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an order outside of the EU, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number attached
