All orders are shipped with UPS. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before shipment.
For orders within Europe, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days. For orders outside of Europe, delivery may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If you place an order from outside the European Union, you are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes required by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and cannot be calculated by Bleeding Indigo in advance.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the order will not be refunded.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number so you can follow your package during delivery.
