Bleeding Indigo offers free worldwide shipping on all orders above €250.
All orders are shipped with UPS. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before shipment.
For orders within Europe, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days. For orders outside of Europe, delivery may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.

U.S. Customers – Import Duties and Tariffs
Bleeding Indigo is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays that may occur during the import process. Import regulations vary and are handled by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return conditions carefully.
Orders within the European Union
Customers within the EU have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders outside the European Union
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the European Union. This policy reflects the high costs of international return shipping and the complexity of customs procedures.

Bleeding Indigo reserves the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, washing, or alteration. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Yes. Bleeding Indigo ships worldwide using UPS.
To request a return, please email info@bleedingindigo.com and include your order number and order details.
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If you place an order from outside the European Union, you are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes required by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and cannot be calculated by Bleeding Indigo in advance.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the order will not be refunded.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number so you can follow your package during delivery.
All prices listed on the website are shown in Euros. shipping costs, and any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
For customers outside of Europe, additional import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
