Shipping policy

Bleeding Indigo offers free worldwide shipping on all orders above €250.

All orders are shipped with UPS. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before shipment.

For orders within Europe, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days. For orders outside of Europe, delivery may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number so you can follow your package during delivery.

Customs fees
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If you place an order from outside the European Union, you are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes required by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and cannot be calculated by Bleeding Indigo in advance.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the order will not be refunded.

U.S. customers – import duties and tariffs
Bleeding Indigo is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays that may occur during the import process. Import regulations vary and are handled by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. If you are charged any import duties or fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Prices
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout. For customers outside of Europe, additional import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
